Shipping policy

FLOWER DROP OFF/SHIPPING

If you are local, it's your responsibility to drop off your flowers 1–4 days after your wedding to either our Ancaster studio (Main Studio – L9G 2Z6) or our Peterborough location (K9K 2S2). Our drop off days are Monday  9:30-3pm. Detailed drop-off instructions will be emailed to you in advance of your date.

If you're not local and have chosen to ship your flowers to Parched Floral, you agree to send your bouquet on the first business day following your event. Please note that our studio is open weekdays only—we are unable to accept deliveries on weekends.

Shipping costs are your responsibility. Parched Floral is not liable for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by postal carriers.

While we cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal strikes, we will do our best to coordinate around known service interruptions and blackout dates.

We are also not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping—either to us or when we ship the final product back to you. For added protection, we offer the option to upgrade floating frames to include acrylic (instead of glass) on the front and/or back.

Shipping will be added to your final invoice if requested (flat fee of $25 across Canada). If you shipped your fresh flowers to us this fee is waived.

At this time, we are only able to accept flowers shipped from within Canada.
